Shipping Policy

Once an order has been submitted, please allow up to 48 hours for it to be processed and shipped (generally orders will ship out sooner than this). All orders are shipped from the Distribution Center in the state of New Jersey via USPS (standard shipping) or UPS unless otherwise specified. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays and Sundays.

 

 

Return Policy

 

NBT COMMERCE,LLC is dedicated to bringing you, our customer, the latest technology in high quality products. All products are covered by a full 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee policy. All Products purchased from NBT COMMERCE,LLC may be returned within 30 days of purchase, as described below, to ensure that customer satisfaction is made on every purchase.

NBT COMMERCE,LLC will accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase if the NBT COMMERCE,LLC Product was purchased directly from NBT COMMERCE,LLC. IF THE NBT COMMERCE,LLC PRODUCT WAS PURCHASED FROM A RETAILER OR OTHER RESELLER OF NBT COMMERCE,LLC PRODUCTS, THEN YOU MUST RETURN THE PRODUCT TO SUCH RETAILER/RESELLER, IN WHICH CASE YOUR RETURN WILL BE COVERED BY THE RETURN/REFUND POLICY OF THAT RETAILER/RESELLER.

In the case of any product(s) being returned for any reason, the returned item(s) must be complete, in original factory condition and in re-saleable condition, with all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, intact UPC codes, all accessories and software.

For returns of defective/damaged items we require the images of the defective/damaged product to provide the RMA, it would not be possible to generate RMA for this reason without the images of the received item. When the item is shipped back to us it MUST be double boxed. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or its original packaging! We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Please do not return a package until you have obtained RMA number.

Any item returned to us without RMA will be refused and returned to sender. Be sure to properly package your return (double box) to avoid damage. We DO NOT accept any product that is returned incomplete or in a less than brand new condition as described above. Customers are responsible for shipping and insuring their package, at full value. Shipping must be with a reputable carrier with an on-line tracking system. If the packages lost, stolen or damaged during a return to us are the responsibility of the customer. All items returned for repair will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Shipping charges will apply. 

Please contact Customer Service by E-mail(nbtcommerce@gmail.com) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) for you to use in the return process.

You will need to provide your original order number and payment information. Accordingly, please have this information readily available. NBT COMMERCE,LLC will verify that your return is being made during the applicable 30-day return period. Once your order has been verified, you will receive an email which will include your RMA number as well as instructions for the return. In no event will NBT COMMERCE,LLC accept any shipment that is sent C.O.D.

Please note that NBT COMMERCE,LLC cannot accept returned LifeProof Products in packages without an RMA number. Your RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package containing your returned NBT COMMERCE,LLC Product.

RETURNING A NBT COMMERCE,LLC PRODUCT WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WAIVES ALL OF NBT COMMERCE,LLC’S RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THE RETURN POLICY, EVEN IF PROOF OF DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE, DUE TO OUR INABILITY TO MATCH YOUR PURCHASE WITH THE RETURNED NBT COMMERCE,LLC PRODUCT – SO, IF YOU SEND US A PACKAGE WITHOUT THE RMA NUMBER CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE, YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE BOTH THE NBT COMMERCE,LLC PRODUCT(S) IN THE PACKAGE AS WELL AS ANY APPLICABLE REFUND YOU WOULD HAVE RECEIVED UNDER THE RETURN POLICY.

You must use an insured carrier service with a tracking number. Please provide us with return information when available. As part of the requirements for this Return Policy, the returned NBT COMMERCE,LLC Product must be received by us (at the address specified in the return instructions we provided you with your RMA number), in the original and resalable condition and in the original packaging. You must include a full description of why you are returning the NBT COMMERCE,LLC Product.

For approved returns, NBT COMMERCE,LLC will refund to you the purchase price you paid for the returned NBT COMMERCE,LLC Product. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit to the Credit Card you used for the original purchase, less shipping charges (which are non-refundable except for returns made under the Warranty) and less a 15% percent restocking fee. Please allow 7-10 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the credit once it has been issued.

 

 

Warranty

 

NBT COMMERCE,LLC provides a one-year warranty for dash cameras, and a three-month warranty for consumables such as memory cards and other accessories.
However, this warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof damaged through alteration, mishandling, misuse, neglect or accident.
