Aqua Cam is specialized on-board surveillance camera that is designed to monitor and record riding incident.  Mount to the handle bar, the camera records video footages in an auto-looping mechanism.  The camera stores the incident footage in a secure location for reviewing purposes.  The footage can then be used as a form of supplementary evidence for the accident investigations, while protecting the rider against cars and hit-and-run.
